Reiki

Reiki is Universal Life Force energy and is provided by the Earth. 

Reiki is the #1 alternative treatment in the U.S. for cancer and is

supported by the Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis, MN and the American

Cancer Society. Reiki has an intelligence of its own and supports the 

body's innate ability to relax, replenish, and heal itself.

 

Reiki heals on all levels:

Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.

Benefits: Stimulates endorphins, restores physical energy, reduces stress,

soothes physical pain, owers blood pressure, reduces heart rate, promotes

deep relaxation, improves mental focus and clarity, and releases/clears

blocked emotions.

Reiki balances and aligns the chakras, which is a Sanskrit word,

meaning "energy wheel."  We have 7 major chakras within our

bodies that lie along the spinal column. Each chakra is

associated with a specific emotional state and organ system. 

Analogy: Energy is to chakras as blood is to veins.

 

 

 

When our chakras are out of balance, we experience

depletion, exhaustion, and illness.When our chakras are balanced,

we experience vitality and have more energy to channel to

relationships, career, home, community, spirituality, and lifestyle.

Initial Session: $90. Includes education, assessment, and 60-minute Reiki session. 

Consequent sessions: $60 for 1 hour and $90 for 1.5 hours.
