Unconscious Mind

The Unconscious Mind is like a computer hard drive. Just as we create pdf files to save and organize our photos, word documents, music, etc., our Unconscious Mind creates files and stores everything we've ever tasted, touched, smelled, felt, and experienced into a neat, organized system.

Now, think about what happens when we get a virus in our computer. It warns us that our files need cleaning. The files in our Unconscious Minds also need cleaning and when they do, they show up as limiting beliefs, for example, "I'm not good enough," "I'll never have enough money," or "I don't deserve to be loved."

The Unconscious Mind records 4-12 million bits of information per second
